Aviation Technical Content Manager (ATCM) is a greenfield software solution designed to track, manage, and audit changes to aviation service and maintenance requirements. The system addresses the complexity of evolving regulatory, manufacturer, and operational documentation, ensuring that maintenance organizations remain compliant while maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical content.
Enterprise application built on the IFS technology stack with strong emphasis on data integrity and change traceability:
One of the founding engineers of the Aviation Technical Content Manager solution, contributing from initial concept through early implementation stages within the Aerospace & Defense unit.
Played a key role in establishing the core data model of the application, ensuring accurate representation of aviation service requirements, maintenance changes, and traceability across revisions.
Mitigated complex technical and domain-specific issues involving both internal and external stakeholders. Acted as a technical point of contact between Sri Lanka and North America–based teams.
Helped train and guide engineering teams from North America on the IFS technology stack, both on-site and remotely, supporting knowledge transfer and delivery alignment.
Carried out feasibility studies, produced high-level estimates, and provided input on resource planning to product owners and senior leadership during early delivery phases.
Contributed to the successful establishment of a first-of-its-kind Aerospace & Defense solution on the IFS stack, laying the technical foundation for managing aviation maintenance content with strong compliance, traceability, and enterprise scalability.
